IPL launches new logo
NEW DELHI, March 10: The Indian Premier League launched its new logo on Monday.
The new logo for the League constitutes title sponsor DLF's corporate logo with the graphic of a batsman playing an attractive cricketing shot. The graphic and words for the Indian Premier League are in blue in-line with Team India's colours.
"The DLF Indian Premier League is here to stay and is set to carve out a distinct niche for itself in the international cricketing calendar."
"I am happy that India's largest real estate company, DLF will play an integral part in it into a truly world-class cricketing league," IPL Chairman and Commissioner Lalit Modi said.
